The Governors wish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher in this inclusive school. The Governing body is committed to appointing someone with high expectations who has a proven track record of outstanding teaching.

·         Is an excellent classroom practitioner with substantial experience across the primary age range

 

·         Has the passion and determination to help drive our school to continue to improve at all levels,

          with the ability to nurture and support staff.

 

·         Is committed to ensuring high standards of education at all times for all pupils

 

·         Has the experience of working with whole-school data

 

·         Has the ability to inspire high quality team work

 

·         Is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills

 

·         Has undertaken a wide range of professional development

 

·         Has successfully led and monitored whole school curriculum initiatives

 

·         Has the ability to work in close partnership with the Headteacher to contribute to a happy and 

         caring ethos

 

·         Is strongly committed to working closely with Governors, parents and the wider community
