Scale 5 £20,400 - £23,188 per annum (37 hours)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to deliver and facilitate a range of approved parenting programmes in Flying Start areas as part of the Flying Start Programme.

 

You will actively use the Flying Start database to map programmes according to the needs identified through the Joint Assessment Family Framework process, and work as an integral part of the Flying Start Team and Flying Start co-located areas teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to parent support and delivery of full Flying Start model.

 

You must be qualified to relevant level 3 qualification or above in Early Years, Health, Education, Social Care or Community Development and be fully trained in Incredible Years Parenting programmes – Baby, Toddler & basic parent programmes. Experience of working with children and families on a one to one basis or community setting, experience of delivering parenting courses and working in partnership with multi-agencies are essential.

 

A commitment to flexible working hours including evenings and weekends is also a requirement of the role.

 

The position carries an Approved Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.
