An exciting opportunity has arisen for two individuals to join the busy and evolving Transactions Team of Organisational Development. The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Division in providing an effective and efficient transactional service to the Authority’s Directorates. Duties would include recruitment advertising utilizing creative skills for advert writing, organisational skills for meeting press deadlines and coordinating the shortlisting and interview panels. 
 
Maintaining computerised records using a range of I.T. packages such as iTrent, Microsoft Access and Visio is an essential feature of this role and would call upon the postholders existing experience of I.T packages such as Microsoft Office. These systems are used to process employment forms whilst working to tight deadlines, together with the production of supporting correspondence and maintaining the Authority’s structure charts.
 
Good educational attainments and possession of NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification together with proven working experience in a busy office environment is essential for this role.
 
Both positions are fixed term for one year.
 
The position carries an Approved Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.
