An enthusiastic and motivated individual is required to assist the Integrated Services Business Manager on the development and monitoring of a Families First and Flying Start data collection system.The post holder will be required to develop and monitor commissioned contracts for efficacy and contract compliance in line with Corporate and Welsh Government guidance, assist the Integrated Services Business Manager on performance management for the Families First and Flying Start Programmes and provide statistical analysis of the efficacy of Families First and Flying Start, using qualitative and quantitative data for the programme, and be able to present statistical data in a form that is clear and meaningful.A qualification in business or relevant area at Level 4 or above is essential, together with experience of monitoring and evaluation processes, working within a multi-agency context and knowledge of Results Based Account Accountability.The position carries an Approved Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.Closing Date: 1pm – Thursday 23rd October 2014Interview Date: 30th October 2014
