An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the busy Service Delivery Team of Organisational Development to cover maternity leave. The postholder will be required to implement, develop and deliver iTrent modules and leading on ad hoc projects for the OD Division and support the Service Delivery Team Leader as and when required. Duties will include supporting the development, implementation and rollout of the integrated HR/Payroll management information system (iTrent), assisting in the maintenance and updating of the iTrent system in line with the Organisational Development project plan and utilise reporting facilities available to produce information and statistics from iTrent as and when required.
 
Maintaining computerised records, using a range of I.T. packages such as iTrent, Microsoft Access and Visio is an essential feature of this role. Good educational attainments and possession of NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification together with proven working experience in a busy office environment is also essential.
 
This post can also be offered as a secondment opportunity. Before applying for this as a secondment opportunity, candidates should seek approval to be released from their current post by their Line Manager.
