To deliver a programme of training solutions that comply with regulatory, statutory and business training requirements.

 

This post is open to permanent, fixed term and temporary (with 12 months continuous employment) employees of BGCBC only.

This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to contribute to the running and continual development of support services as part of the Workforce Development Team.

 

The successful candidate will research and recommend sources of funding, develop ways to support service users and implement practices in response to any changes that impact on the workforce. They will also create partnerships and collaborate with other organisations to deliver cost effective and efficient solutions.

 

The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications at level 4/5 in Workforce Development/Training, CIPD, Health and Social Care along with management qualifications achieved in a care setting.

 

I.T. proficiency is essential (including the use of presentation software, database/spreadsheet, HR systems) as is advanced communication and social awareness skills.

 

The position carries an Approved Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.

 

Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process. The postholder will be required to complete an application for a Disclosure of Criminal Records.
