Grade 5 (£20, 849 - £23,698 per annum) 37 hours per week

As Architectural Assistant you will be involved in all aspects of the Environment Department’s architectural projects, assisting with the development of the Department’s expertise in design, contract preparation and construction.

 

Demonstrating design flair and a methodical approach to your work you will possess a minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in an Architectural discipline and display excellent IT skills with the ability to use CAD/3D software. Also essential are good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to produce professional reports and attractive project documentation. You must also be able to undertake duties of a physical nature and be able to deal with site issues including inspections.
