The Governors and students of Abertillery 3-16 Learning Community wish to appoint a Principal with a proven track record in senior leadership to lead the creation and development of this ambitious and innovative project located in Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent.
 
The Abertillery 3-16 Learning Community will require an effective distributed leadership approach over a secondary and four primary phase sites located within close proximity.
 
As lead professional for the Learning Community you will need to build on the existing progress made within the cluster, while also taking forward urgent transformational change and improvement; leading, inspiring, motivating and supporting students, staff and the wider community.
 
Candidates will demonstrate that they are an inspirational and exceptional leader who can deliver the improvements necessary, harnessing the enthusiasm of stakeholders to build on the work already underway.
