The Performance Officer will work within the Corporate Performance Team under the line management of the Team Leader Performance, although there will be integrated working across the whole Governance and Partnership section.
Key functions of the role include undertaking analysis of performance data in order to make recommendations for improvement and to report through the Democratic process. As part of the role, you will lead on the analytics of both qualitative and quantitative data and on how data and insight can support behavioural change.
The role will support the Council’s approach to using data in a more insightful way in order to support the Council to move towards becoming a 21st Century Council, data and insight will be used to drive decision making and inform service delivery.
