We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Team Manager, responsible for the daily operational management of the team under the guidance of the Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing outstanding mental health services and fostering the growth and development of team members. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of mental health services. You will be instrumental in establishing effective local working relationships and joint working arrangements with partners to develop collaborative services and partnership arrangements.
