Governors are seeking to appoint an innovative and inspirational Deputy Headteacher that is an outstanding practitioner committed to developing teaching and learning of the highest quality. Someone who is committed to ensuring that the school provides the best opportunities for all our learners.

  • Know how to refine and develop an inclusive, authentic teaching and learning experiences which enable learners to realise the four purposes in their learning.
  • Have up to date knowledge and understanding of the National Mission for Wales.
  • Are a strategic thinker with proven leadership experience and good interpersonal skills.
  • Are confident and are able to communicate with all of our school community.
  • Are excited by the future of the curriculum in Wales, and its potential to shape successful futures for the children in our school community.
  • Has an understanding of Christian ethos, which upholds Christian values.

Governors will support the successful candidate in all aspects of school life; thereby creating a practice of effective learning and development throughout the school and its community.
