We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and motivated individual who has high professional standards, alongside sound knowledge and experience of current relevant legislation and its application to practice. The role of senior practitioner is critical in supporting the quality assurance framework and driving improvement in service delivery. You will therefore be required to quality assure the work of others so proven experience of completing good outcome focussed assessments is essential.
There is also a requirement that applicants have the necessary skills and experiences in relation to managing and mentoring others within a social care team (students or staff).
This post requires a registration with Social Care Wales under the category of Social Care Managers / Social Workers and registration will need to be in place prior to commencement in the role.
