An exciting career opportunity has arisen within the Organisational Development Division for an experienced and highly motivated individual.We are looking for someone to lead on the development and implementation of the O.D. Strategy within Directorates, working with Service Managers to improve service delivery through effective Human Resource Management.You will be responsible for effectively managing and co-ordinating the HR Advisors in the management of disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence case work and a range of employment and employee relations matters. You will also play a key role in enabling and supporting transformational change within services and actively support workforce planning and joint / partnership working to anticipate and respond to future service requirements.Educational attainments essential for this position are CIPD or equivalent together with relevant experience of working in a HR service, demonstrable experience of working in a multi-disciplinary organisation and experience of delivering cross-cutting projects.Experience of managing staff and working with senior management and trade unions is also essential.The position carries an Approved Casual Car User Allowance therefore access to a vehicle for work purposes is a requirement.Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process.Closing Date 13th March 2014 - 1pmInterview Date T.B.C.
