The Governors of this successful All-Through School seek to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Head of School Secondary. The successful candidate will have the experience and vision to support and lead the Secondary Phase in it’s next stage of growth. They will have the ability and empathy to work collaboratively with a committed and dedicated staff to ensure that each pupil reaches their potential. They will also take a lead role in implementing the new curriculum at Ebbw Fawr.
No prior experience of All-Through organisations is necessary however a willingness to work collaboratively and innovatively across our 3-16 school is paramount.
