The Governing body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic person to fill this very important position at All Saints. The successful candidate will be able to carry out high standards of premises care with a positive attitude to health and safety, become part of our school community and would fully support the Catholic ethos of the school.

Permanent subject to satisfactory probation period of 6 months.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities will include for example:
            • The security of the building and site
            • Undertake general repairs, maintenance and improvement work
            • Ensure that the school environment is clean, safe and healthy
            • Undertake and supervise daily cleaning duties
            • Assisting with delivery of school stock
            • Setting up of school events, ie parents evening and school meetings
            • Supervision of contractors on school premises
            • Undertake supervision of annual electrical inspection

• Assist the School Leadership Team in any required light duties

The appointed person will operate safe working practises and following Health and Safety Legislation.
