Scp 4 - £6.30 per hour - hours per week (including some weekend working)

Hours – 10 hours per week (including some weekend working)

 

This post is responsible to the Meals on Wheels Supervisor for delivering a Meals on Wheels service to clients within the County Borough.

 

Duties of the post will include delivering meals and collecting the required payment from clients, and also reporting any problems that may be encountered. You will provide the Cook/Assistant with details of the required number of meals for the following delivery period and return ‘hotlocks’ to the kitchen area. 

 

There are no formal qualifications required for this post, however, a full driving licence is required to drive the vehicle provided and the appointment will be subject to the satisfactory completion of an in-house driving assessment.

 

Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process. The postholder will be required to complete an application for a Disclosure of Criminal Records.
